Lord,

I am not worthy to eat Your flesh or drink Your blood. I am a poor perverted sinner; as such I have no goodness or grace within me and have no worthiness to receive You. But only through Your goodness and Your grace do You share with me Your worthiness to receive You.

Your body and blood are the greatest gifts that I could ever hope to receive. For them I can only be eternally grateful. As such, I offer them back to You as the only proper sign of my gratitude.
